Craig Schill - Senior Pastor
Pastor Craig planted The Grove Community Church in 2007 after graduating with a Master of Theology (ThM) degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. Prior to this, Craig worked in the field of Human Resources in northern Arizona. His passions are preaching, mentoring, Christian unity, and the study of church leadership. When he's not at church, he might be at CrossFit, gardening in his backyard, or traveling with his wife Tamara. They have 4 adult children, and a miniature schnauzer named George Harrison.
In addition to pastoring, he teaches as an adjunct faculty member at DTS, having received his Doctor of Ministry (DMin) in advanced expository preaching. Craig recently published a book on Christian unity called Gray Church: It’s time to stop fighting about gray issues and to embrace the unity Jesus has for us.

Trey Crisson - Worship Pastor
Trey is a creative worship leader with a heart to see people find their greatest joy in the Lord. A native Texan, he enjoys a good BBQ and high school football. He is currently working on his Masters of Divinity through Gateway Seminary. He and his wonderful wife, Brittney, have three amazing boys, Luke-9, Jude-5, Zeke-5. When he's not leading worship or studying for school, you can probably find him building Lego sets with his kids...or without them.

Sarah Birt - Administrative Assistant
Sarah comes to us by way of Minnesota. She met her husband Zach while they were both in Bible school in Montana before they migrated south to Texas. She loves to play games, read books and do projects around the house. She is great at learning new things to help us operate more smoothly around the church!
-
Amy Eubanks - Children's Ministry Coordinator
Amy joined us in 2022. She has been passionate about helping children learn and grow from an early age. She grew up knowing she wanted to be a teacher and taught elementary and preschool students for many years. She enjoys spending time outside with her family and friends as well as working on a sewing project or reading a new book. She is excited to work with children at The Grove because she believes God's purpose for children is to be brought to Him and be immersed in the truth of the Gospel. She and her husband, Andrew, have three energetic children. She also runs a young mother's group on Wednesday mornings.
-
JUDY MASTER - CONNECTIONS Coordinator
Judy began as our Connections Director in 2023. She will likely be one of the first people you meet as she is here to help those newer to our church find meaningful connections. She and her husband, Ali, lead the Gateway Group, a small group designed for new attenders and visitors.
